With Markets focused on the risks to recovery, rather than inflation, expectations of the likely timing and pace of UK Monetary policy tightening have been pushed back once more. Bank Rate is currently expected to remain at 0.5% until Autumn 2011 and to remain accommodative for a prolonged period thereafter.
